Who is Felicia Ford?
Felicia Ford has been in the healthcare business for over 30 years. I started in a group home working with adults with developmental disabilities at the age of 18. I later attained my Certified Medical Assistant Degree and worked at the Fremont Community Clinic for over 7 years. While working at the clinic, I decided to pick up a second job in the private sector doing CNA work for clients in their homes. I learned that being a caregiver was my purpose and destiny in life. I fell in love with one-on-one connections with clients and families. I have placed qualified individuals in positions for the clients I served when there was a need. Now I have decided to turn my life's work into my very own business.
